Defective Products:
If you receive products that are defective, broken, or do not function correctly, we will be happy to issue you a full refund, or exchange your order for new products within 30 days of purchase.
If you have received defective products, please call Under Deck Oasis at 616-425-8188 and speak to a representative. You will be instructed to ship your defective products back to us before we can issue replacements. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
Refund for non-defective products:
Under Deck Oasis is not able to refund any order that is under $100 (not including shipping costs). If you would like a refund on an order over $100, there will be a 30% restocking fee, and the buyer will cover all shipping costs.
